Terribly spellchecked subs aside, episode 21 was really good. It felt like an episode of BLACK proper. It was more serious, it had Kotaro reflecting on his past and fearing the possibility that he’d lose someone important to him once again. Joe and Sara (Seira?) being reunited was really cool and it was just something I would’ve loved to see more from the start. I don’t dislike Ezure’s episodes, the goofy ones, he was head writer and he could do what he and the producer wanted but, man, if RX had more of this it’d just have been such a smooth transition.
